If an assisted project includes a unit occupied by a designated household and the assisted project is sold or conveyed after a protected action: (1) the provisions of this subtitle concerning extended leases continue to apply despite the sale or conveyance; (2) the new landlord shall provide each designated household with written notice of the sale or conveyance; and (3) on or before the execution of a contract of sale, the seller shall provide the purchaser with written disclosure of each unit occupied by a designated household subject to the provisions concerning extended leases for designated households.
