(a) Notwithstanding any other law, the Annapolis Authority's Commissioners, Executive Director, and deputy directors are local officials under any public ethics law of the Annapolis City Council. (b) (1) When first retained by the Annapolis Authority, attorneys and consultants shall disclose potential conflicts of interest relating to representation of the Annapolis Authority. (2) The Annapolis Authority shall adopt regulations to carry out this subsection.
