(a) The Board shall keep a file of each licensing application made under this subtitle. (b) The file shall contain: (1) The name, address, and age of the applicant; (2) The name and address of the employer or business connection of the applicant; (3) The date of the application; (4) Complete and current information on the educational, training, and experience qualifications of the applicant; (5) The date the Board reviewed and acted on the application; (6) The action taken by the Board on the application; (7) The identifying numbers of any license certificate or renewal certificate issued to the applicant; and (8) Any other information that the Board considers necessary. (c) The application files shall be open to public inspection.
