(a) To apply for a license, an applicant shall: (1) Submit to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 8-303 of this title; (2) Submit to the Board: (i) An application on the form that the Board requires; (ii) Written, verified evidence that the requirement of item (1) of this subsection is being met; and (iii) Evidence of compliance with the requirements of § 8-6B-08 of this subtitle; and (3) Pay to the Board a fee set by the Board. (b) The Board shall issue the appropriate license to an applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.
