(a) The authority of the Board established under this subtitle: (1) Vests with the Board at the time an individual applies for certification; (2) Continues during periods of certification; and (3) Includes authority over an individual holding an expired certificate, a lapsed certificate, or a temporary certificate that has expired under § 8- 6A-07(f) of this subtitle. (b) The authority of the Board shall be continuous over an individual applicant or certificate holder and may not be divested by withdrawal of an application, when a certificate expires or lapses, or when a temporary certificate expires.
