(a) Each holder of a general license to practice dental hygiene, a teacher's
license to practice dental hygiene, or a temporary license to practice dental hygiene
shall display the license and any current renewal certificate conspicuously in the
office where the holder is engaged in practice.
(b) Each holder of a general license to practice dentistry, a limited license
to practice dentistry, or a teacher's license to practice dentistry shall keep the license
and any current renewal certificate in the office where the holder is engaged in
practice.
(c) (1) Each holder of a general license to practice dentistry, a limited
license to practice dentistry, or a teacher's license to practice dentistry shall notify
the secretary of the Board in writing within 60 days of any change of office address.

(2) A licensee who fails to notify the secretary of the Board of any
change of office address as provided in this subsection shall pay to the Board a late
fee of $10.
(d) If a dentist is engaged in the private practice of dentistry in this State,
the dentist shall display the notice developed under § 1-207 of this article
conspicuously in the office where the dentist is engaged in practice.
