To obtain a license, an applicant shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Board that the applicant: (1) Is at least 18 years old; (2) Is of good moral character; (3) Has satisfied the education and experience requirements to qualify for examination under § 21-304 of this subtitle; and (4) Except as otherwise provided in this title, has successfully passed an examination as required by the Board.
