(a) The Board shall keep a file of each certificate application made under this subtitle. (b) The file shall contain: (1) The name, resident address, employment address, and age of the applicant; (2) The date of the application; (3) Complete and current information on the educational, training, and experience qualifications of the applicant; (4) The date the Board reviewed and acted on the application; (5) The action taken by the Board on the application; (6) The identifying numbers of any certificate or renewal certificate issued to the applicant; and (7) Any other information that the Board considers necessary. (c) The application files shall be open to public inspection.
