(a) (1) The Board shall set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses and the other services the Board provides to music therapists. (2) The fees charged shall be set so as to produce funds to approximate the cost of maintaining the licensure program and the other services provided to music therapists. (b) (1) The Board shall pay all fees collected under the provisions of this subtitle to the Comptroller. (2) The Comptroller shall distribute all fees to the Board. (c) The fees shall be used to cover the actual documented direct and indirect costs of fulfilling the statutory and regulatory duties of the Board under this subtitle.
