(a) To apply for a license, an applicant shall: (1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; (2) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board; and (3) Submit to a State and national criminal history records check in accordance with § 16-302.1 of this subtitle. (b) If the applicant is licensed and has practiced in another state, the applicant shall submit proof of practice that is sufficient to demonstrate current clinical proficiency, as specified in regulations adopted by the Board.
