(a) (1) The Board shall set reasonable fees for the issuance of and
renewal of licenses and other services it provides to licensees.
(2) The fees charged shall be set so as to produce funds to
approximate the cost of maintaining the licensure program and the other services
provided to licensees, including the cost of providing a rehabilitation program for
licensees under § 14-401.1(g) of this title.
(b) (1) The Board shall pay all fees collected under the provisions of this
subtitle to the State Comptroller.
(2) The Comptroller shall distribute all fees to the Board established
under § 14-201 of this title.
(c) The fees shall be used to cover the actual documented direct and indirect
costs of fulfilling the statutory and regulatory duties of the Board as provided by the
provisions of this subtitle.
