(a) Unless licensed to practice physical therapy under this title, a person may not represent to the public by title that the person is licensed to practice physical therapy in this State. (b) Unless licensed to practice physical therapy under this title, a person may not use the abbreviation "P.T." or any other word, letter, or symbol approved by the Board with the intent to represent that the person practices physical therapy.
