(a) The Board shall register as a pharmacy intern any applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle. (b) (1) The Board may set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of registrations and other services. (2) The fees charged shall be set so as to approximate the cost of registering pharmacy interns. (c) A licensed pharmacist may not directly supervise more than two registered pharmacy interns at one time.
