(a) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum to do business. (b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings. (c) Each member of the Board is entitled to: (1) Compensation in accordance with the budget of the Board; and (2) Reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board. (d) (1) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the budget of the Board. (2) The Board may designate 1 of its staff as an executive director.
