(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Private group home" means a group home that is not a public group home, whether or not public funds are used to finance, wholly or partly, the acquisition, construction, improvement, rehabilitation, maintenance, or operation of the group home. (c) "Public group home" means a group home that is owned by or leased to the State or a political subdivision of the State, whether or not this group home is maintained and operated by a private, nonprofit person.
