(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Board" means the State Anatomy Board. (c) "Medical study program" means any research or teaching activity conducted at or under the sponsorship of a hospital or other institution devoted to research, teaching, or study of medicine, dentistry, or any related health profession or advanced human biological science. (d) "Public officer" means an officer of this State or of a county or other political subdivision of this State.
