The Department shall adopt regulations to implement the provisions of this subtitle, including: (1) Establishing the maximum number of participants in the Program each year in each priority area described under § 24-1705 of this subtitle; and (2) Establishing the minimum and maximum amount of loan repayment assistance awarded under this subtitle in each priority area described under § 24-1705 of this subtitle.
