In this subtitle, "health care facility" means a facility or an office where health or medical care is provided to patients by a health care provider, including: (1) A health care facility as defined in § 19-114(d)(1) of this article; (2) A kidney dialysis center; (3) A facility operated by the Department or a health officer; and (4) The office of a health care provider.
