(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Commission" means the Commission on Civil Rights. (c) "Gender identity" has the meaning stated in § 20-101 of the State Government Article. (d) "Sexual orientation" has the meaning stated in § 20-101 of the State Government Article. (e) "Unit of the Department" means a unit described under § 2-106 of this title.
