(a) A person may not hold himself out as providing a complete array of rehabilitation services unless the person provides comprehensive physical rehabilitation services. (b) A health care facility may not provide or hold itself out as providing any specialized rehabilitation program unless the facility is licensed by the Department. (c) A person may not provide comprehensive physical rehabilitation services unless the person meets the requirements of this subtitle.
