(a) A person may not: (1) Willfully or knowingly take an individual who has an infectious disease that endangers public health to the home of another individual; (2) Carelessly expose an individual to another who has an infectious disease that endangers public health; or (3) Permit a child who has an infectious disease that endangers public health to be in a public place while in charge of the child. (b) A person who violates any provision of this section is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.
