(a) The County Council has no legal duty to verify the accuracy of any disclosure statement filed under this part. (b) Failure by any person, including the Chief Hearing Examiner of the Office of Zoning and Administrative Hearings, to comply with this part is not grounds for invalidation of any decision by the County Council, sitting as the District Council, for which a disclosure statement is required.
