(a) A majority of the full authorized membership of the Board is a quorum. (b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings. (c) A member of the Board: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. (d) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the Office of the Attorney General shall provide staff and office space for the Board. (2) The Office of the Attorney General shall provide at least two staff members to assist the Board and the Office of the Public Access Ombudsman to carry out the duties of the Board under this subtitle and the Office under Subtitle 1B of this title.
