Maryland Code § FL-5-411

Section FL-5-411

An individual who is aggrieved by a final decision of the director of a local
department that denies eligibility or reduces or terminates a subsidy in a contested
case may:
(1) appeal that decision to the administrative appellate authority
designated by rule or regulation; and
(2) then take any further appeal allowed by the Administrative
Procedure Act.
