(a) The Administration may file a notice of a child support lien with the clerk of a circuit court. (b) (1) On receipt of a notice of a child support lien, the clerk of a circuit court shall: (i) record and index the lien; and (ii) enter the lien in the judgment docket of the court. (2) The docket entry shall include: (i) the name of the person whose property is subject to the child support lien; and (ii) the amount and date of the child support lien. (c) (1) From the date on which a child support lien is filed, the child support lien has the full force and effect of a judgment lien. (2) A child support lien established under this Part IV of this subtitle may be enforced in accordance with the Maryland Rules.
