(a) As approved by the Commissioner, a credit union may enter into marketing arrangements with a person to facilitate the credit union's members' voluntary purchase of goods or other services from third parties, consistent with the purposes of the credit union. (b) A credit union may be compensated for the services provided under subsection (a) of this section.
