For the purpose of reviewing the development of the management plan for the Heritage Area, the Authority shall appoint a task force that includes: (1) Members of the General Assembly who reside in Allegany County; (2) A representative of each of: (i) The Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County; (ii) The Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park Commission; (iii) The Department of Natural Resources; (iv) The Maryland Historical Trust; (v) The Mayor of the City of Cumberland; (vi) The United States Department of the Interior, as designated by the Department of the Interior; (vii) The Department of Planning; and (viii) The State Highway Administration of the Department of Transportation; (3) Residents and business representatives from the area within and adjacent to the Heritage Area; and (4) Other representatives as the Authority deems appropriate.
