(a) In cooperation with the registers, the Attorney General shall: (1) Make available to the public basic instructional materials to assist the public in the procedure and preparation of forms for probate; and (2) Review the instructional materials on a regular basis and update them as necessary. (b) The registers and designated employees of the registers shall: (1) Provide the materials required under subsection (a) of this section to the public; and (2) Assist and advise any person who requests assistance or advice in the preparation of any forms for administrative probate under this article.
