(a) A person who owns any structure or obstruction that is on, over, or under a way shall promptly move that structure or obstruction, if: (1) The structure or obstruction impedes the building or operation of a project; and (2) The sanitary commission gives reasonable notice of the need to move the object or obstruction. (b) The person shall move the object as necessary to allow the orderly building or operation of the project. (c) The district shall pay the cost of moving the structure or obstruction.
