A person may not: (1) Sell or fraudulently obtain, or provide or aid in selling or fraudulently obtaining or providing, a certification issued under this subtitle; or (2) Operate as a certified laboratory under a certification that is unlawfully or fraudulently obtained or unlawfully issued.
