(a) The Commission shall meet at least quarterly at the times and places it determines. (b) From among the members, the Governor shall appoint the Chairman of the Commission. (c) (1) A majority of the members then serving on the Commission constitutes a quorum. (2) The Commission may act upon a majority vote of the quorum. (d) A member of the Commission: (1) May not receive compensation; but (2) Is entitled to reimbursement from the Fund for reasonable travel expenses related to attending meetings and other Commission events in accordance with the Standard State Travel Regulations.
