(a) (1) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Secretary or the designated hearing officer in connection with a show-cause order, a corrective order, or any other final order issued under this subtitle may take a direct judicial appeal. (2) The appeal shall be made as provided for judicial review of final decisions in the Administrative Procedure Act. (b) An appeal under this section does not stay automatically the order from which the appeal is taken.
