The State shall reduce statewide greenhouse gas emissions by 25% from 2006 levels by 2020. §2-1204.2. IN EFFECT // EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2030 PER CHAPTER 38 OF 2022 // The State shall achieve net-zero statewide greenhouse gas emissions by 2045.
