(a) The State Board: (1) may decertify a voting system previously certified if the State Board determines that the system no longer merits certification; and (2) shall decertify a previously certified voting system if the voting system no longer meets one or more of the standards in § 9-102(d)(1)(i) through (iii) of this subtitle. (b) The State Board shall determine the effective date and conditions of the decertification.
