(a) An election judge or other election official may not willfully and knowingly: (1) make, sign, publish, or deliver a false certificate or statement of the result of the election or any other false report of any kind; or (2) deface, destroy, or conceal any statement, tally, certificate, or other document entrusted to the official's care and custody. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony and is subject to imprisonment for not less than 1 year nor more than 10 years.
