Subject to the hearing provisions of § 9.5-107 of this subtitle: (1) If a licensee violates any provision of this title or of a rule or regulation adopted under this title, the Department may suspend the license for a period not exceeding 1 year; and (2) If a licensee or registrant violates any provision of this title or of a rule or regulation adopted under this title, the Department may revoke the license or registration.
