(a) Each behavioral health services coordinator under § 7-447 of this title shall develop plans for delivering behavioral health and wraparound services to students who exhibit behaviors of concern. (b) (1) The Subcabinet may provide grants from the Fund to local school systems to develop plans for delivering behavioral health and wraparound services to students who exhibit behaviors of concern. (2) In applying for a grant under this subsection, a local school system shall provide evidence of how external funding will be maximized to provide students with behavioral health and wraparound services, including through the submission of claims to health insurance plans, if applicable, for any covered health services. (c) The Subcabinet shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.
