(a) Through fiscal year 2025, the Governor shall include an annual appropriation of at least $15,000,000 in the State budget for the Commission to disburse Maryland Community College Promise Scholarships under this subtitle. (b) For fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter, the Governor shall include an annual appropriation of at least $13,500,000 in the State budget for the Commission to disburse Maryland Community College Promise Scholarships under this subtitle.
