(a) The Office shall adopt regulations to implement this subtitle. (b) The regulations adopted under subsection (a) of this section shall: (1) Identify the programs that meet the requirements of § 18- 3503(b)(2) of this subtitle; and (2) Define the number of credits a scholarship recipient must earn as a student.
