(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Grant" means an apprenticeship incentive grant that is awarded to an apprenticeship sponsor under this subtitle. (c) "Grant recipient" means a person or entity that receives a grant under this subtitle. (d) "Program" means the Apprenticeship Incentive Program.
