(a) The Commission may require reasonable annual reports and data from a for-profit institution of higher education as the Commission generally requires of other institutions of higher education. (b) The Commission may not require a for-profit institution of higher education to report to the Commission on matters that concern information, data, or documents, however styled, that are proprietary to the institution or that constitute a trade secret.
