(a) For fiscal year 2023, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $200,000 for the Program. (b) For fiscal year 2024 and each fiscal year thereafter, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $500,000 for the Program.
