The Authority may: (1) prescribe or approve the form of and terms and conditions in applications, guaranty agreements, or any other documents entered into by the Authority, principals, or sureties under the Program; (2) acquire or take assignments of documents executed, obtained, or delivered in connection with any assistance the Authority provides under the Program; (3) set and collect premiums, fees, charges, costs, and expenses in connection with any assistance the Authority provides under the Program; (4) adopt regulations to carry out the Program; and (5) do anything necessary or convenient to carry out its powers and the purposes of the Program.
