Even though a determination of the Authority about financial assistance is subject to the Maryland Public Ethics Law, the existence of a conflict of interest or a violation of the Maryland Public Ethics Law does not affect: (1) the validity of a finding or determination made under this subtitle; (2) the enforceability of an agreement that the Authority makes under this subtitle; or (3) the validity or enforceability of a bond that the Authority issues.
