(a) The Advisory Commission shall determine the times and places of its regular and special meetings. (b) The chair of the Advisory Commission: (1) may call a special meeting at any time; and (2) shall call a special meeting when requested by two or more members of the Advisory Commission. (c) A majority of the members then serving on the Advisory Commission is a quorum.
