(a) The Council is entitled to: (1) revenue distributed under § 2-202(a)(1)(ii) of the Tax - General Article; and (2) funding in accordance with the State budget. (b) The Council may treat nonstate, nonfederal contributions for programs of assistance to the arts as a special fund that is not subject to reversion under § 7- 302 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
