(a) (1) The Executive Director and each other officer authorized by the Center may: (i) allow copies to be made of the minutes and records of the Center; and (ii) certify records under seal showing that the copies are true copies. (2) A person may rely on the certified record. (b) The records of the Center are public records subject to reasonable inspection.
