The Corporation may: (1) study agricultural conditions and needs in the State, needs relating to the promotion of agricultural industries, and ways of meeting those needs; (2) make the studies available to the public and to agricultural industries; and (3) engage in research or disseminate information on agriculture and agricultural marketing and promotion.
