This subtitle does not impair, curtail, or destroy the rights of employees and their representatives to: (1) self-organization; (2) form, join, or assist labor organizations; (3) bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing; and (4) strike, picket, or engage in concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection.
