The Department, the Attorney General, and the State's Attorney for a county may apply to the appropriate court for a temporary or permanent injunction to restrain a person from violating this title: (1) whether or not an adequate remedy at law exists; (2) in addition to the other remedies provided by this title; and (3) notwithstanding any other law.
